By accessing or using AiTenzo - AI Bug Fixer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

1. Service Description

AiTenzo - AI Bug Fixer is a SaaS platform that uses AI to analyze code, identify bugs, explain errors, and suggest optimizations. The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that AI-generated fixes are 100% correct or production-ready.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• You may not share accounts or create multiple free accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Submit code intended to create malware, exploits, or harmful software.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models.
• Use the service for illegal activities or to violate third-party rights.
• Overload systems through automated requests beyond plan limits.
• Submit code containing personal data of third parties without consent.
• Resell or redistribute our service without written permission.
• Share API keys publicly or beyond authorized use.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Code

You retain all rights to code you submit. By submitting, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI system to provide the service.

Our Service

AiTenzo - AI Bug Fixer and its software, design, and content are protected by intellectual property laws.

AI Output

We make no copyright claim over AI-generated code fixes derived from your submissions.

5. Credits and Billing

• Free plan credits reset monthly. Unused credits do not carry over.
• Paid plan credits reset at the start of each billing period.
• Cached results do not consume credits.
• Prices displayed in INR or USD based on your location and preference.
• Yearly plans are billed annually with a discount applied.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for paid plans. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days or if more than 50% of monthly credits are used.

7. AI Limitations Disclaimer

Important: AI-generated fixes are suggestions, not guaranteed solutions. Always review and test fixes before deploying to production. Do not rely solely on AI Bug Fixer for security-critical applications.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiTenzo - AI Bug Fixer is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
