1. Introduction

Welcome to AiTenzo ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use our AI coding assistant platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect:

Account info: name, email, hashed password.
Billing info: address, city, state, PIN/ZIP, country, optional GSTIN. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest.
Usage data: AI prompts and responses, language, mode, model, timestamps, IP address, browser user-agent.
Payment data: handled directly by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). We do not store card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the service.
To bill you, issue invoices, and comply with tax laws.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and to enforce our Terms.
To send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, password resets).

4. AI Providers

Your prompts are sent to upstream AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to generate responses. These providers process the prompt under their own privacy and data-retention policies; please review them. We do not sell your prompts.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for authentication (PHP session) and theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

Account and billing data are kept while your account is active and for as long as required by tax law. AI sessions are kept until you delete them or your account.

7. Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your data at any time from your profile, or by emailing contact@aitenzo.com.

8. Security

We use bcrypt for passwords, AES-256-GCM for sensitive fields, HTTPS in transit, CSRF protection, and rate limiting. No system is 100% secure; please use a unique strong password.

9. Children

The service is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal data from a child, we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post any changes on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
