Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using AiTenzo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account

You are responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your password secure, and for not sharing credentials. You must be at least 13 years old.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
Build malware, spyware, or content designed to harm others.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or abuse rate limits.
Resell raw API access without our written permission.

4. AI Output

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated code before deploying it. We do not warrant that the output is fit for any particular purpose.

5. Plans, Billing & Refunds

Paid plans renew on the cycle you choose (monthly/yearly). You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current period. Charges are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Tax & Invoicing

For Indian customers, GST is collected as required. Provide a valid GSTIN to receive an ITC-enabled invoice. International customers are billed without tax.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of code you submit. We retain ownership of the platform itself. AI-generated output is licensed to you for any lawful use.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to amounts paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Vadodara, Gujarat, unless required otherwise by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
